    If I rested my Xbox to factory settings can I recover Fortnite and rocket league data using epic games and same Microsoft account?

    It's not normal, Mr. Since you reset the console previously that is part of the troubleshooting steps but can you play the full game?

    It's not normal but as I have checked the screenshot that you have sent, it seems like the trial is not installed since there is an icon to download the trial.

    As long as you can play the full game without any issues you don't have to worry.

    Hello I’am back my progress is their but I still have one more concern I recently purchased a physical copy of the crew 2 and before that I had the trial version now when I downloaded the physical game it’s shows on my games and apps as trial and when ever I check saved data on that game it only shows reserved data can u please help me
