    I live in South Africa and it seems The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is not available on the Microsoft store or on game pass. I was wondering if the game will work on my Xbox if I buy a physical copy of the game with the PAL designation.

    The game was never made available digitally in South Africa. You would have to purchase it as a disc in order to play it.
