Will Gamers ever be able to Sell Digital copies of games?

As long as developers get a cut and gamers get to sell their digital copies I'm all for it.

Game also sells digital games via Xbox Codes. You might be able to get FIFA 21 that way, and then you will be able to get the digital copy for the Series S at no extra cost.

gamers should be able to dispose of their unwanted games in a manner that benefits them.

i personally dont want to have all theses games i dont play anymore and sits there and in the digital form of garbage.

cd version costs same as the digital copy and u cant even sell the digital copy.

many games people buy they wont know until they play if they like the game or not

everyone should have the rites to be able to sell ur own property .

and im pretty sure there is alot more people like myself than yourself agree with this .

While I can foresee a scenario where it may be possible to loan/swap digital games with your friends, I don't think that Microsoft will ever allow you to "trade-in" with them.

With a disc copy, the game retailer offers a trade-in amount that allows them a profit margin when they sell it on as used. There is no such thing as a used digital copy.

Actually toasted you stated with the xbox one pre drm reversal you would have been able to buy a physical copy of the disk then turn around and sell the code for the digital copy. This is not true because even after installing the physical copy and playing
it w/o the disc. You would not be able to turn around and sell the physical copy and still have access to the installed version. The drm would have wiped the digital copy off of your hard drive
