Will first person eventually come to the xbox 360 and ps3?

With all these updates we are getting from the xbox one's already added content, we are getting content from the xbox one later in as online progresses.

I'm thinking we are going to have the first person update eventually, but don't know when exactly.

place your poll down below, if you are going to say no, no is considered half an answer and I rather have an explanation if its gonna be no, same with yes.

So no straight up no's or yes, I like detail in these answers, not to be bossy or anything like that, but just not a big fan in small talk.

So if you have an answer weather if its yes or no, I would like to hear a reason why you say. After all we have so many games that have 1st person on the 360, so why not.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations Thread

I wonder if Ezio was experiencing a "bleeding effect" when he saw Altair in the Assassin's Creed Revelations E3 trailer. Maybe Ezio was the first person to come up with the idea that would eventually end up being the Animus.

 

Still not sure about this game..

i want to know if it will eventually come out for the Xbox 360.

 

I guess I'll post a comment on this. I have to say that 1st person view WILL NOT come to the Xbox 360. And here's why:

Rockstar has already said 1st person view is for next-gen consoles only. And the reasoning for that is, there is SO much info in this game already (taxing the systems to almost meltdown), there is no more memory left, or processing power left, for them to
be able to implement it. They would have to release a 1st person only game in order to do it. And they probably won't since the game is already over 1 1/2 years old.

The Xbox 360 (and rival consoles of this generation) is being put out to pasture... Slowly, but surely. It is being phased out quicker than Microsoft has expected, even though they have stated keeping support up for it for 5 more years (after Xbox One was
released).

So, no, they won't give us 1st person. You'd have to take everything already in the game, and redraw it all in two different views, huge amounts of information if switch on the fly was in it. The 360 doesn't have the capability to be able to run it if they
only added it in. Because Rockstar would have to add it to story mode too, to satisfy everyone. Go over to the Rockstar support site, and go to Community. Search around, and you'll find the info I provided. This is all more or less from Rockstar.

Jterk basically said it all. rockstar said the 360 and the ps3 cant handle it, so they will not push it because the game itself as it is, is already pushing the limitations of the last gen consoles. and we look at it and say, well its about time they put
out a game like this, for a console that should be able to handle it, will yea, but barely. im surprised games like fallout 3 and skyrim can be on the last gen consoles without issues. and I can also understand why someone would think, oh well if the xbox
one can handle it, the 360 can too, will the xbox one is build to handle a lot more of what we are seeing today, we just gotta wait for developers to get use to building games, so we wont see so many indie games on the 500 dollar consoles. (400 dollars for
the ps3, prices may vary)

That seems to be R*'s excuse for everything. Modders disproved this with GTA: IV. R* said that having certain vehicles spawn in MP would crash the game because the system "couldn't handle it". Modders easily showed that those same vehicles that R* stated
could not be spawned were spawned in and the game worked perfectly.

R* is a business and they'll have no way of profiting if they release a game that is able to handle EVERYTHING. Then, from a business point, what is left to add? It's a "cheap" tactic: release a game that is better than the last but STILL not as good as
future releases. That way, players feel the previous game wasn't as good, the current game is better than the last, and the future games will still have more potential. The DLC is a nice little "middle ground" tactic but calling it FREE and just throwing content
together just to disguise it as a patch is not cool in my book nor is it making you, as a business any more trustworthy. In fact, I'd go as far to see it's deceitful. Why not tell us it's a patch? Because you are taking away a glitch that we enjoy because
it doesn't fit YOUR VISION. **** YOUR VISION! You made an MMO. You don't expect people to play their own way? Again, **** YOU!!! /rant

Lastly, this might *** some of you off but, it's going to take years before consoles rival that of PC specs. There is a reason that PC players always say you can do so much more on a PC. That's because you can, and while modding the game is a BIG part of
it, you also get improved graphics, higher frame rates, and overall better gameplay. PC seems to get the worst of the new game releases from R* but our wait will be worth it. We'll be able to all that you console players can do...and MORE. This is not my intention
to brag; this is just to mention a few facts and express my opinion on why R* does this whole "console limitation" excuse BS.

 

Yeah but the price of constantly updating a PC is not only expensive but a bit to nerdy for most. I will jam on the ONE instead. 1 cost for years of play compared to thousands of dollars within the same time frame.

 

To answer the OP's question. I could be wrong but I thought Rockstar said that heists were to be the final DLC for 360 and PS3. That the previous systems couldnt handle their plans in future added content.

 

Well, BAD, it's not as expensive as you would think. Technology tends to evolve and become expensive as time goes by but at the same time it also can become cheaper and easier to find. The only way upgrading your PC would be expensive would be if you went
and bought the most recent hardware, but that would be silly.

Not only that, my PC reaches most of the specs. for HD-quality gaming (1920 * 1280) (I may have that mixed up), aka high-quality, but the best part about it is that you won't really have to upgrade your computer for like two years, so you would still be
able to run the newest games on not may be the highest but high or medium, which still isn't bad; it's just everyone wants to go for the highest (aka Ultra) settings because they're L33T PC GAM3RZ.

IDC, really. I think I don't want to keep spending money on consoles because I've had a taste of PC gaming AND because I'm just adding ANOTHER console into my house, where it will eventually just sit around collecting dust when the next one comes out. But,
unlike my old self, I will say "to each their own".

well let the truth be know, PCs don't have to be upgraded all the time. only if your one of those people who have to have the best of everything will you have to do that. consoles don't need upgrades, but that's why we have so many, because technology changes,
and we need better software to play our newest games. on computers, its probably around 100 or 200, maybe 150. for the consoles, its 350 and up. so where do you really save money?

 

Like my laptop (which needs to be clean and have add more memory, no jokes ZonE, Legend, and Bad )

but to answer the OP's question Yes:it be fun to see a variety of things only if Rockstar wants to do that sort of thing. and No:because we already have clones of FPS's anyway (CoD Battlefield MOH )

 

Rockstar has not plans on this at this moment.But I don't think they ever will because of the new PC version coming out soon.
