3rd party store? Where exactly? Honestly, I don't know what stores. And it supposes to be digital download (not physical CD copy) because I own Xbox Series S, not X.

Xbox has had third-party support from day one I don't think you know what that means. A third-party is a contractual partner of the main platform and completely above board. What you're asking for is piracy, which is what emulators are used for by 99.9% of people not included in a commercial package like rare replay, will never be part of Xbox and is directly against the terms of service to use it.

As Microsoft loses up to including several hundred dollars on every single Xbox they sell, why would they allow competitors to have all the money selling on their platform?

You need to buy a PC if you want to be able to load anything you want, but as long as you're purchasing a subsidized platform you'll experience the wall garden. This is not abusive, this is the trade-off

You have names mixed up. There are no consoles named the Xbox One Series S or Xbox One Series X.

The Xbox One/One S/One X all have a disc drive.

The Xbox One S All Digital Edition does not have a disc drive.

The Xbox Series X has a disc drive.

The Xbox Series S does not have a disc drive.

All the consoles can play backward compatible games. The Series S and One S all digital edition can only play games digitally downloaded.

The other consoles can play games from disc and from digitally downloaded,
