Will both my consoles receive a console ban?

Hey, so recently in a misunderstanding a joke report by my friend got my 9 year old account permanently banned and my xbox banned as well. This is funny as I have never in the past received an enforcement action before this, and I am a tier IV ambassador. I have two houses, and an xbox at each one, with the banned account being present on both. The xbox that was banned was the one set to my home xbox by the banned account, and I am wondering if my other console will receive a console ban too. I sure hope this is not the case, as I have already gotten too much ripped away for being innocent.

if you feel that you are innocent then you could try and see if there is a Case Review option at enforcement.xbox.com

In regards to the question about the other console, nobody in here will be answer that, that is up to what the Enforcement Team will decide

So, to make a summary

If you received an email regarding to the ban and it's permanent and nothing on the console, this means the account has been banned

If you received a message as soon as you connect the console regarding to a ban and nothing in your account/accounts inbox, only the console was banned

If you received a message on the console as soon you connect it to internet and on account/accounts email inbox regarding to ban, both things are banned

I only knew I was banned when i tried to connect to xbox live and i had a message come up saying that the console was banned from live.

I then received an email saying that my profile had been permanently suspended on live.

Should I have received two emails one for the console and one for the profile?

Does anybody know if this is normal to ban both console and profile at the sametime?

The license transfer tool is meant to transfer YOUR license to YOUR new console. It is not meant to be used to share content without paying. Be warned that this may be seen as marketplace theft/fraud and can lead to both you and your cousin receiving permanent
account bans and possibly permanent console bans.
