Will available Xcloud games only be what's on the Game Pass list?

If I digitally own Forza 7 (or any other games) that aren't on Game Pass, will I be able to stream those games on Xcloud?

They will be adding games all the time. Thry startedout with the current gamepass library.

Along with the provided list, all games on the game pass will be available in the future. With the final release of Xcloud.

Game pass games are available in your region but the Xcloud part it's only available for game pass ultimate subscribers, also it's necessary to be physically on the region to access the Xcloud as account region configuration it's not enough

If the DLC is not available trough game pass it cant be used on the Xcloud service, as this only works with the game pass available content

That is really a nice list! Can´t wait to try Xcloud for myself as soon as it is available in Germany.

As Microsoft said at the XO19 Event, there will be new games added to the Xcloud in the future. Really excited what games they would add.
