Wild Hunt passe enxtansion, but only one DLC is installed when game starts?

I bought the DLC pass in 2017 and just got my game Witcher 3 installed (bought this week);

After opening sequence, game detects my Blood and wine DLC and shows installed;

However, it says Heart of Stone is available and not installed, but I've checked my Paypal bill and the pass does include Hearts of stone.

How do I get it installed?

If you go to 'Manage games and apps" and select the game you may see additional downloads there as well.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue with the expansion not being installed. First of all let's make sure that it's showing you own the expansion. Go ahead and click on the following link for steps on

How to find your games and add-ons on Xbox One. As stated, if you don't see your add-on after selecting to view All games select the Ready to Install to see if it appears there.

If you are still not seeing this then you will want to
Contact Xbox Support to see if they are able to provide more assistance after viewing the entitlements on your account.

Hi

The witcher 3 wild hunt is one of the best games I have played the story was incredible and the combat was excellent. The dlcs were amazing especially the 2nd one it was like a new game with the visuals. I can not think of anything bad about the witcher
3 at all
