It says my multi-player connection is Good even though I'm getting over 130 ping in every game

Try to run a speed test on your Xbox by going to your settings > network > test network > test multiplayer. See what the tests say and report back. Select detailed network statistics and see what it says. Then try any of the fixes that they have for you

Wifi keeps kicking out even though wifi shows working. the latency is 444. How do I get a better latency? Can I purchase something that gives me lower latency so I can stay on xbox without being kicked out every time I play any game on xbox one? Thanks.

It's not about bandwidth of 90-100Mbps it is about latency, the speed of the connection to the datacentre for cloud gaming, depending what route your isp sends traffic to the datacentre will determine your latency to that server.

if you are on wifi it can add even more latency.

Download, upload, and latency are all dependent on your WiFi connection. It is possible to have high speeds but poor latency, this is usually an issue with your router, internet connection, or the WiFi signal.
