    Wifi Drops whenever I access Netflix through Xbox One S


    Whenever I try to access Netflix through my Xbox One S Console, the wifi will drop within 2-3 minutes. This happens every time I try to watch Netflix now.

    I never had this issue on the 360.

    Please confirm if there is an update of some kind of change to be made to correct this issue.

    Wifi drops whenever Netflix App is used on Xbox One S

    I would like to report that whenever I access Netflix through my Xbox One S Console, the wifi connection drops. I would like to know whether there is a bug in the firmware, and if a fix or update is scheduled.

    Please confirm if there is a solution to this issue asap.

    WIFI is lost when accessing Netflix on Xbox One S

    Whenever I try to access Netflix through my Xbox One S the Wifi in the house drops. It is knocked out entirely.

    I have spoken to support of both Netflix and Xbox regarding the issue, with no resolution so far.

    Previously I had an Xbox 360, and this issue was not present with that system.

    I am looking for a solution to this problem, as it is very frustrating.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Could you post back with your Detailed Network Statistics for us so we can take a look at your network information? Also, what troubleshooting have you tried thus far? We don't want to duplicate steps that you've already
    tried.

    The only content that I have heard of is that which you can get through services like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. Netflix has the most out of the three but most of it is Netflix original programming. I do not have an Xbox One S yet but will when I get
    my Gears of War 4 one.

    Ok , reporting in.

    Quite frankly i give up and i am probably going to take it back at the weekend for a refund. Tried all the above, im in no position to try on another network currently and have given up on the machine.

    I have just spent the past hour going through all suggestions, redoing them, checking my internet speed along the way, at each attempt, never went below 63mb on my PC, and tv speedtest and netflix were in the 40s (wireless).

    Xbox...9mb. pathetic.

    Further testing..upstairs xbox one s, wifi, 58mb d/l. xbox one x downstairs, wifi 8mb

    Move xbox one x upstairs to test..d/l 8.5mb, plug xbox one s downstairs so they are both running, downstairs 58mb on the one S.

    Once again appreciate all the suggestions though, it gave me some hope :)

    Xbox One wireless issue

    For the last couple of days my xbox has been dropping wifi every 40 minutes or so while I am using something like netflix, GTA Online, COD multiplayer. basicly anything that requires a WIFI connection the only time it has not dropped in that 40
    minute window is when it has been left on the home screen to see if the wifi would drop again, does anyone know what is causing this issue.
    I would contact your internet provider, From the sounds of it you might be getting DDOSED by some script kitty,(aka 13yr wanna be hacker).
