Just did what you said.. kinda.. ive clicked factory reset apparently 😵😭🤣 lost the lot! Right so it connected after 12% into downloading the gta update it lost connection.. but my neither mine or my misses phone lost wifi connection..

Do you use wifi or hard wired?

Sometimes on wifi speeds get lost by signals or other devices connected. Also, do you have the ports for Xbox allowed as your internet provider could be limiting your download speeds on the Xbox.

If so you can try the following to open the port for your Xbox

Have moved xbox temporarily nearer to router and all worked perfectly, issue definitely one of the strength of the wifi, I just wasn't expecting the test results to all be so varied! In any case, problem has been identified.

Hi, for what it's worth I also use the superhub from virgin media. The signal output on that thing is next to useless, I ended up turning on modem only mode and got a shiny tp-link dual band router. Now my signal is steady around the whole house.
