Widespread achievement issue with Dark Souls III

Surveys? Why do we have to do your job for you?

Microsoft must know by now that there is a fundamental issue with the way achievements are unlocked and you have all of the evidence you need in this thread, so why don't you make an educated decision about where this information needs to be fed back in
order to get this issue resolved? I've tried all of the tricks in order to free up this achievement, but four weeks later it's still locked. I can't do any more than what I've already done, so now it's your turn.

Sadly I have very little faith in xbox support resolving this matter. I still have SEVEN Diablo III achievements that have been locked for the last two years and after support assured me that my information would be passed onto the relevant team, I never
heard back.

 

2 years ???? Whoaaa... So long and no result !

 

Mister Beep- do I need to personally contact the thousands of people this issue is affecting and ask them to fill out your dumb survey? This is absurd.

The issue is clear. We can do nothing to help. It's on MS and Xbox LIVE to figure this out and fix it.

Regurgitating script answers and pointing us to useless troubleshooting is pointless.

 

Any chance this can be fixed? Its been almost two weeks and its still locked the problem is clearly on your end.

 

The same issue here. Bonfire upgraded to maximum level, tracker shows 100% and achievement is locked from over 48 hours as for now.

Would you kindly report this problem higher than the level of your gamerscore, Mister Maka and Mister Beep?

 

May, 3 weeks and nothing has changed. I red about a poor guy that as achievement stucked on "Done! Unlocking..." for 2 years????

Really, I do not want to put myself in sterile polemics, but do you remember the concept of "pay to have a service"? That we are the ones who pay and you are those should provide it? And that all those who pay are telling you that there's a problem big as
much as your salary and you are simply ignoring it?

Continue to tell us to follow procedures that not only do not work, but make it even more fake as your job. So easy right? Put a link with 3 lines of explanations that we know by heart and maybe even better than you? Do you believe we are sheep or something?

Your service does not work, or at least has big fat problems. Can you PLEASE, please do something to fix it?

At least open a direct contact for this specifics issues, let us prove with screenshots or something how and how many achievements we have in that frustrating conditions and fix them manually?

I'm having the same issue with the Covenant: Warrior of Sunlight achievement. I know I picked up the item for the achievement. It says 100%, but it is not unlocked and the points are not added to my score. I even started a new character to pick up the
item again and still nothing.

I've done all the troubleshooting steps, and it has been about 3 weeks. I'm glad I'm not the only one, but this is still very frustrating. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Hello? Support members? There is none of those to whom I am paying the salary that is kindly willing to earn the money I'm giving him virtually for free? All pledged to ignore the problem? But a little 'shame you try it at least?

 

A moment ago my missing achievement just unlocked....

 

Finally unlocked today while playing normally... Only 25 days after the real unlocked time, well played support members.
