You have completely misunderstood the post.

This is a programme that is installed on your pc, NOT CONSOLE, allowing you to set your own router for your own home wi-fi router to a channel that is not being disturbed by interference from surrounding wi-fi signals.

It does not allow you access to other networks, it simply allows you to get the best from your own home wireless network.

When I use this programme I can detect signals upto no more than three houses away. It shows on a real time graph what frequencies other peoples wireless networks are set to, allowing me to set my own router wireless frequency to a clean channel, ie one
that is not being used by another nearby network.

Therefore giving me a clean signal with no interference from surrounding networks.
