    Wi-fi failure


    Hello!

    We have problems with our Xbox one console. It looses the wi-fi network connection although the Wi-fi is working just fine.

    When it looses the wi-fi, it can't find the network again. We have to put it back to default and do the wi-fi installation all over again.

    This can happen when starting the console or during use of it. It happens quite often.

    What's wrong?

    Is your wi-fi working fine cause i run on wi-fi and it works fine apart from a high 200 ms latency how is your wi-fi connection ?

    Really slow downloads

    Is it over Wi-fi or is it a LAN connection? If it's over wi-fi speeds will definitely vary.

    Years ago I had a very similar issue. I rang my ISP (Eircom) and they were able to log into my router and fix it. It was an issue there. I’m not too sure what it was as it was a few years ago, but it might be worth giving them a call.

    Hello again, if your internet has connection failures this causes you to lose packages when downloading and with that the file may get corrupted.

    If you are connecting over wi-fi, try switching the connection to the network cable for greater stability.
