    Wi-Fi connection on Xbox one


    Hello to the Xbox - Experts,
    I hope you don't miss this thread, although you've probably read this track 1000 times.
    I don't have an acute problem, but an annoying one.

    The console is already connected to a Lan cable.

    I have already restarted the Fritzbox 7590 router several times, but I have achieved nothing.

    Is this problem known to anyone and if so, how can I turn it off?

    If that worked would that prove that the Wi-Fi receiver in the Xbox is at fault ?

    As my Xbox series x and Xbox one connect and play perfectly online via the same Wi-Fi

    If you are attempting to connect to wi-fi, you need the password for that wi-fi. If you are trying to connect to wi-fi that is not password protected, you need to have access to the modem itself, as you need to reset the modem or the xbox will not recognize
    it.

    I tried everything as you suggested, but the issue persists. The Xbox One will connect to my mobile hotspot, but not to my Wi-Fi suddenly. My phone, Fire Stick, Xbox 360, and Switch can connect just fine to Wi-Fi.

    you might need to connect 1 of your Xbox's to Wi-Fi and the other thought a wired connection or get a better Wi-Fi router.

    The Xbox One needs to connect to the IPv4 to connect to the Wi-Fi. IPv4 is part of it. Without it, it wouldn't connect.
