? wht did u not ready my question? here ill repeat it WHY CANT I RATE YOUR XBOX APP? your "website" does nothing to help me other than say donwload somthing i all ready have...............................................

I tried it on our end as well and I actually get the same message even when I sign in and have the app installed. It says You are unable to rate or review as you do not own this product. I also understand where the others are coming from since they mentioned
trying it on another device or website.

Just to clarify, it will allow you to rate the app in the app store on the phone but not our website? It may actually be a glitch with our site. We can always check that out for you. For now, just try to see if it is possible to rate the app using the Microsoft
Store itself on the PC (Not the website).

no there is not even a option to rate the app in the app its self and no susing the microsft stores app itsself still same thing

We have been looking into it and at this time we suggest taking the issue to
User Voice since they would be the correct people to contact about adding a rating system. Give it a shot and don't hesitate to bring any other issue or inquiry to us!

 

? there all ready is a rating system for the microsft app. MY PROBLEM IS THAN I CANT RATE THE BOX APP ON THE MICROSTFT APP IT IS A CHOICE TO DO BUT TELLS ME I DONT OWN THE PRODUCT EVEN THO IT INSTALED ON MY COMP... did u even read all the previous comments

Hi Beb,

We understand there is a rating system already in place. Normally on
User Voice, we ask for feedback regarding our products or just your opinion. Basically, instead of rating the app on the website, you can rate the app using Xbox user voice since we would be the ones receiving the feedback. Also, if you rate it through
Google Play, we would still be able to see the ratings since I know the website was not working properly.

I would like to mention if you are in the app itself, when you go to settings, at the bottom it will say rate this app. Since I know it was mentioned that it wasn't possible to rate in the app.

I hope this clears thing up. Also, there was no update as of yet regarding the website rating.

 

not what i want to do tho I WANT TO RATE ON THE MICROSFOT STORE LIKE I STATED IN PREVIOUS REPLYS like i asked didu even read anytyhign the other guys wrote?
