why?

so why cant i rate microsfts xbox app? i have it instaled and use it often it says it instaled on the very page to write a revew yet i cant becasue i donw have the product? how the
(Mod Removed-Profanity) does that work

First run though

It had taken sometime but I finished the game however, I notice I failed to go through any of Lebo-Sako sectors LoL now I will need to go back and pick up 8 more achievements I failed to pick during first run through
other whys I had fun with the game. I also published a map called Beachwood part land and part water should be fun I spent more than 3 hours making the thing first hour was understanding how map making works the other two slapping on stuff.

You should be able to rate the application, See what Nestor was suggesting was that you simply try out different forms of web browsers to attempt to rate the application. It should allow you to rate the application. If you are still running into issues go
ahead and let us know so that we can keep looking into this for you.

You can also review the app from within the App Store, in this case Microsoft Store, same way you review your apps on your phone.

So, on your PC, open Microsoft Store, search for Xbox app, on it's detail page, go to Reviews tab and submit your review. Same can be done via browser as well and I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you. There are two different Xbox Apps, one is the current
version at Xbox App | Xbox and then there's on Xbox (beta) as well. Not sure which one you own, and which one you're trying to rate.

ya your website dosnt work for the 4th time IT(the website u gavce me) brings me to the Microsoft app when i click download for windows then it says its already installed but STILL WONT LET ME REVIEW it donst work on chrome or firefox.............. i just

I understand your frustration, but what Nester and Erick where suggesting is to try on a different site and device.

(There seems to be a miscommunication since there was not a lot of information in your post on where and what you have tried to "Rate" the app on.)

Please make sure you are signed into the correct account that has initially downloaded the app, because if you sign into a different account (one that did not download the app) you will not have the option to "Rate" the app.

If you are signed into the right account then uninstall the app and re-install it then

Power cycle the console. (Xbox)

(If you are using a pc, then uninstall the app and re-install it. Restart the device.) .

Please try both support tips
