Basically I can join xbox live games no problem. I go about 5 mins into the game then it kicks me out saying u not connected to xbox live. But then I can rejoin again . I cant complete any matches. If not sorted I want my money back. How can I do that. Ive
tried evrything you can think off. Lol

 

Just curious, but is your ISP Verizon / Frontier FiOS? There is a problem with their older combo router / modems that keeps "timing out" every few minutes. As far as your deleted post, there may have been a reply that got your entire post deleted before
you had a chance to see it. Happens from time to time.

 

Not too sure what u mean by that. But the xbox one is a month old was bought wen fifa came out. Thought the update would fix it but again stil having problems. Nothing wrong with my internet as I have very good connection speed.

 

I was asking if your Internet Service Provider is either Verizon or Frontier FiOS. My buddy had the same issue you are describing. It was found that the combination Router / Modem he had was old and was starting to drop his connection every five minutes
and was advised that he needed on of their newer ones. He stated that this is a known issue with these older routers. This has nothing to do with how fast your speed is. It sounds like you are losing internet connection every five minutes which means its
most likely on your end.

 

Im from the uk. So my provider is virgin media an as it was only fitted a couple of montha ago with the best modem they make and works on all of my other games online no problems. Never had any problems until this game :-( . Its annoying cos spending all
my money (which I dont earn alot) on a game where I can only use half the functions

Right so I took ur advice and got someone out to check my internet connection. With everything in my house. He said everything was fine and that my xbox one was hooked up to best internet service they provide. So I shouldnt have any issues. I was on wifi
but changed to direct connection to see if that improved.

Unistalled the game and re installed it . Guess what the same thing keeps on happening. How do I get my money back. I've got the downloaded version is there anyway I can get my money back. Payed £50+ for a game I can only play half off. Why?

 

Sorry to hear that you are still having problems. If it was me I would contact Activision (if you haven't already) and maybe join the official Call of Duty Advanced Warfare forums and seek help there. This is really a small community. If this is the only
game this happens with then its a CoD issue. If it happens across all your titles then its most likely either a Xbox Live or your set up issue. Again, sorry you are having problems.

 

Nothing wrong with any of my other games. Do you know of any links to contact activision. Ive tried the ither forums they were not very helpful. Just want it sorted or my money back

Maybe your mom is shutting off the internet every few minutes to get you out of your room? Ive done this to my kids before.
