why yakuza 0 stops downloading after reaching 11%?

Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Repair and reset the Gaming Services app, Xbox app, and the Microsoft Store app.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps Features. Select Gaming Services, then click Advanced options. Click the repair button and reset button, do the same for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app, and try installing the game again using the Microsoft Store app, and see if it works.

Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services App

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your computer and try installing the game again using the Microsoft Store app, and see if it works.

Solution 3: Try installing the game on a different drive. You can set it to a different drive by going to Settings > System > Storage > Advanced Storage Settings > Where new content is saved.

im on windows 11 and to my knowledge it is only happening with yakuza 0

Hey might not be relevant but if you are playing certain games while trying to download or update something it can really slow your download speed.

I was playing Yakuza 0 while updating games and my speed dropped to kbps until I stopped playing that game.

Might not help in this instance but useful to know

I have been playing Men of Medan with a friend and ALOT of Yakuza 0.

Highly recommend Yakuza 0 to anyone how likes a fun (but a little silly at times) open world game.

Yakuza 0 is not cross compatible with save files across Xbox and PC. This is why you have to start the game from the beginning on Game Pass PC.
