why xbox support is so bad?

I am trying to add 12 months subscription to my existing subscription as it will expire after 2 days and getting an error

"PUR-ConversionBlockedCurrencyCountryMismatch 8+xFZ6AcNke2ocaL.27.11 2018/01/05 - 23:42:43 UTC"

I am not being able to get any solution for this. My country setup and everything is as it should be. I used the same setting to get the initial subscription. I tried calling the direct dial several times and after pressing the relevant number it said that
I was going to be transferred to someone and then things go silent. After 2/3 mins the call just get disconnected,

This level of support is totally not expected from a company like Microsoft.

The Enforcement team will only reply to questions based on suspensions and bans. Besides support there is nobody else to turn to.

That post about achievements unlocking doesn't cover all solutions either.

When an achievement gets stuck (you will usually see that you have 100% completion but it doesn't unlock) simply log in to the same game with a 2nd profile and then back to the original profile (if you don't have a 2nd account simply make one for sorting
this issue out)

Destiny seems to have this problem more than most games and you have to load a Guardian in each profile before the achievement pops.
