why xbox still not letting us record vc like any other platform

you can record clips from games etc and edit these clips etc. and you can do whatever you want, which likely includes upload them to youtube.

But if you decide to record things that have licenses/rights on them then it is likely be considered illegal if you want to earn money or other things for it.

I don't see any logical reason why support would refund you for the VCs that you have purchased and USED. I don't even think other companies will do anything like that. But if you meant to say that you didn't get to use those VCs because they weren't delivered
to your account, then contact 2K. They have an article about the same situation when it happen to 2K17 (https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/articles/227556987-I-Purchased-VC-But-It-Wasn-t-Delivered-To-My-Account). I doubt support will refund any missing points
if the purchase went through and the data for the VCs transition to the Xbox Account (Just not on your 2K Account).

Its a problem on 2Ks end so I'm sure they are reinstating every missing VCs to those who bought it.

And by the way, if in case you are thinking of pretending that you didn't get the VCs even if you're really use them, good luck in committing fraud. That's an easy ticket for a permanent ban on the account, and could even be on the console.

Heres a pretty good trick if you are using a 3pt PG or SG... If you are playing a highlight game (2x multiplier bonus) smash the 3 point shots over and over... The NBA record is 100 points in a single game, once you hit about 96 points a dynamic goal will
pop up saying break the NBA scoring record... Then just beat it by 1 or 2 points... It will give you a 400 VC alone for that goal, then X2 for 800 VC... So I average between 1400 and 1600 VC every time I am able to pull this off... So lets say you finish the
game with 101 points, then next time you will have to beat that 101 points to get that 400 VC (X2 if you are in a rival game)... You can keep doing this over and over... My NBA record is currently set to 126 points and I am only just over halfway through my
rookie season with a 90 overall rating and chosen to the all star team... Hope this helps, but remember once you break the record you do not want to score any more points because it will just make it that much higher of a goal for the next game you want to
set the record and get the VC

It's still not the same because even the developers using the 360 as their default platforms still need to take the other hardware into account for the port.

Because some games will have cross-platform play. Because they can text/voice chat with other people on their friends list regardless of platform. Because they can share achievements from PC games and Game DVR clips recorded in any PC game with the community.

I think some people are really missing the point of this, although that's not really surprising given the name. It's just like Xbox Music and Xbox Video. The names imply that those services are for Xbox users only, when they're not.
