paypal allows me to link my card to it if i have to i will and then you will be steal chraging my perpayed card the way it works is i us paypal you chrages them they forwed the charges to my card and it works any ways .

 

Well, they don't really "steal". I've had Paypal on my account for about 2.5 months now, and I didn't see any unauthorized purchase on it. Could you give some more information about your problem? And also it would be easier for people to understand if you
type it in your own language, and then use Google Translate.

 

They didn't steal from you, you didn't tell them to stop charging you, therefore they still had permission your permission to charge you. It's beyond me why people try to cancel subscriptions by removing their card rather than just CANCELING.
