Why xbox game pass ultimate not working on my pc but works in the console and phone

This may mean that you're signed in under the wrong Microsoft account, Maor.

First, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and then check if you can see the Xbox game pass ultimate subscription stated as "active" from there.

Once confirmed, check the Microsoft account email by clicking your profile icon on the top right corner. Once you have it, sign out on your Microsoft Store App as well as Xbox App and then sign back in using the Microsoft email address that you were able to get.

I understand your question.
To share subscription between PC and console, you need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

• The Game Pass for console works only on the console.
• Game Pass for PC works on PC only.
• Game Pass Ultimate works on both

If you have Ultimate you can share with him

If i put my Gamepass ultimate on my xbox 1s will the games i download on my xbox come on my pc to or does it only work for one console or pc?

I have had the same issue ever since I renewed Game Pass Ultimate last week.

• Everything works except Game Pass Quests on phone app and console
  
• Game Pass Ultimate subscriber bonus points arent available on Xbox app
  
• Xbox app on PC shows I am currently subscribed to Game Pass PC plan even though I am subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate plan and it shows correctly on microsoft account page.
  

If you purchased Game Pass Ultimate, then yes, it works both on PC and console. Game Pass does not. You have the console Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
