    Why did my process reset?

    I completed the Racer story mode and was working on my Cop process. My racer rank was 21 and my Cop was rank 6 or 7. A few days with no trouble, if I get off my Xbox I would just sign back in on Origin and find a game server manually in-game. Then all of
    sudden, today rather, it reset to Racer rank 17 and Cop rank 1. Why? My Overwatch had it still the same rank, then when I did some challenges, Overwatch also showed my stats reset. Anyone know why this is? No fix? I'm rather pretty *** at this.
