    I am trying to change my email for my account but when I do it says "it will send a code to my email" but there's never a code that comes.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Let's do our best here to sort this out.

    Did you double check if the primary email address of your account is the correct one you're accessing through your mail client or mailbox?

    Before the system sends a code, it may require you to enter first the complete email address. Be sure to enter it correctly.

    Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder or other folders as the code may have been moved there.
