Why won't you let me upload a photo on Xbox One profile ??

None of that is the issue

It's where we have nothing wrong with our accounts, it literally will not change the photo, it says it changes, but then it legit does not at all. It'll change to preset photos on xbox, but not our own personal like it's some kind of bug after JUST having a personal uploaded photo on it.

1- Are you older than 18? If so, go to https://account.microsoft.com/profile and verify that your date of birth is correct.

2- Is your account associated with a family group? Go to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check, if so, do you have an adult or child profile?

3- Specifically, when trying to change your gamerpic, what happens?

4- Have you tried it on a different connection? For example, routing your smartphone's 4G connection.

5- Have you tried changing your gamerpic by going to Xbox app mobile? If not, give it a try, download them from the links below, or go to Google Play or Apple Store and install it.

1. After downloading and installing, open the Xbox App;

2. Select your gamerpic icon in the bottom menu on the Xbox app to get to the Profile tab.

3. Select the edit icon next to your gamerpic at the top of the screen.

4. Do either of the following:

- To use a gamerpic from the library: Select one of the available images displayed, and then select Save.

-To upload a custom gamerpic: Select the photo library icon, and then select a photo from your mobile device. Pinch and drag the circle to crop the photo into the image you want as your gamerpic, and then select Upload.

Note: custom gamerpics are subject to the Xbox Community Standards. Images that violate the standards can result in enforcement action by the Xbox Safety team.

Hi there you can actually upload your photos to Microsofts One Drive which will enable you to set custom profile pics from your Xbox! When you upload your photo make sure you are signed into One Drive on the same account as your Xbox email address.
