    I filed a claim for my Xbox controller since it is under warranty and isn’t currently working. I never received a shipping label in the form of a second email like most everyone else that has had this issue. I went to my account and followed the steps to find the pdf version of the shipping label and it’s no where to be found. I called and spoke with a representative twice now and each time they said they would email me another shipping label and to wait 24-48 hours. I’ve gone through this process 3 times now with no shipping label insight and no one able to give me the only thing I require for a repair or replacement. I’m starting to think this is designed as such on purpose to hit 30 days without Microsoft receiving anything and cancel my warranty request just to repeat and go through the same process until I give up and forget about it. If I do not receive the ONLY thing I need for repair or replacement in the form of a shipping label, I will go to BestBuy, pay for it to get fixed, and invoice Microsoft with the bill with all documentation and records showing you never held up your end of your contracted agreement to repair or replace my accessory under warranty. I’m all ears and open to solutions for the time being, but one more misstep and I’ll have to file something a bit more serious and show documentation from the hundreds of other people being lied to and information not given. You don’t want to go through a class action lawsuit for something so small. Believe me.

    What is the reason they are giving you for not sending you a shipping label?

    Is your console still in warranty?

    Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps with a representative? I believe their policy is that they need to take you through the troubleshooting steps before they can setup a repair order which would send out a shipping label for you.

    No body here is part of xbox support and can send you a shipping label the only way to contact them is through the support site support.xbox.com/contact-us

    You can also try and set up a repair order yourself by following the steps in this support article.

    I did all these things i forgot to write my service number seperatly then the shipping label. But my shipping label has my service number. Whats going to happen to my package will it be lost or will they just send it back. Or will they still work on it.
    This is my first time shipping anything im just nervous my 200$ controller wont make it back to me

    Did you follow all the steps in the process for getting your products repaired? because I have read through it and it states "•Attach the provided shipping label to the box and send it to our service center."
