    Why won't you give me the money for all my points?


    Hello:

    I am beyond frustrated with the process it takes to now get my money put into my account for my points, and I don't appear to be the only one.

    My game tag is STAMPSFAN

    Please advise what I need to do to make this happen soon, or a PS?? might be in my future for Christmas.

    what does apple have to do with paypal?

    well that would be a fraud lock

    you cannot make too many same purchases on a creditcard

    call your bank or paypal to lift it (paypal is EBAY so i wouldn't call apple lol)

    I have tried 2 different cards today to try and buy points for my xbox live account. Both cards have been rejected.



    The first is accepted but will not allow payment. I am aware of the issue with this card and so moved on to another. However my main Visa card will not even be accepted as a valid credit card. There is no block from my bank preventing me from using it with
    xbox live or microsoft. I don't know what the problem is. Can someone please tell me why microsoft doesn't want my money?

    We have not yet been provided with a resolution for the deposit error for your account, which we described on your last post at (Your account needs attention to make a deposit!).

    It looks like there is a billing problem on your account. You will need to call Xbox Support.

    making too many same purchases in a short period of time can result in a fraud lock

    for everyone else read this

    remeber the billing details must match the billing details of your card

    important if you are using a prepaid creditcard as you would have to add billing details

    also the REGION of the creditcard must match the region of your account

    so if you are using a canadian creditcard or nz and but your account is in australia or US its never going to accept it

    The same thing is happening to me. I confirmed with my bank the card wasn't blocked and the small transactions they make to confirm they can draw from your account are going through. Just not the transaction for the points :( . I just bought the xbox this
