    Why Won’t Xbox1 play 360 digital copies?


    For the past—idk month—i havent been able to play ANY of the 360 games i downloaded from the store on my xbox one. I have the game pass and its up to date. I had played the games many times before with no issues. Now i cant play any of them. Ive tried just
    about EVERYTHING recommended in articles about how to fix this, and ive even put in a ticket to xbox assist about a week ago with no response. Anyone have any suggestions i can sift through and try?

    and no they are not discs.

    games include: Fable I-III and all fallout games for 360.

    When you goto thr HDD does it show corrupted files ?

    Also very VERY important

    This questions must be answered as they are among the most common thing

    What is your account region

    What is your actual regjon

    What region is yoir console set to

    What language is yoir console set to

    Are you using a VPN OR GOOGLE DNS

    If all of the above dont match thats the issue

    For xbox 360 games your account region, actual region and language MUST be the same

    In the case.of.language it MUST be the nationally supported language NOT just english if you dont live in am english region

    But digital games on
    this list     will work on both systems - as separate downloads.

    I'm experiencing the same problem, I've played bap uptill now on 360, all I've done is download the game on my xbox1 x all digital, even my save was carried over, but I can still play the DLC on my 360
