    i’m just trying to change my profile picture to this on xbox and it isn’t verifying. is there something wrong with it? i’ve waited atleast 4-5 hours and it still isn’t changing.

    It can take up to 24 hours for your profile to show the changes on your account

    If it's still not updated within this time frame please try again or use a different device like Xbox on Windows

    Hello IntellectNub, this exchange process is automatic by the system if you are unable to perform the process through Xbox try on a PC through the Xbox App or the Xbox Site.

    To do this just log in to the Xnox website and then go to Xbox Profile, and then Customize and choose to swap player image.

    Hello again, the system analyzes and uploads the images automatically, try to choose another image or photo for the profile to see if the system accepts, if accepted will know that there is something with your photo that the system does not accept.
