    Why won't xbox ultimate share with the family?


    For the most part Xbox Ultimate works fine I can download game pass games without being on the main account that has ultimate however each time on the right it will also say "get game pass" and then there are times where it just won't let me download at all(i.e. Ghostwire: Tokyo, Hi-Fi RUSH, and A Plague Tale:Requiem just to name a few.) I was wondering if this is normal for certain games or if this is a problem and what I need to do to fix it.

    I would like to let you know that in order to allow your family to play game pass games, it’s necessary that you download them first using the profile that owns the subscription.
    Once downloaded, and as long as Home Xbox is enabled in the profile that owns the subscription, the other profiles can play the games.

    I really hope that it will be possible to share it with the other family members as on the console itself. In my house I have bought the GamePass Ultimate account and share it with my kids. Like a lot of families do I imagine.

    If I can not share this Cloud feature with them it will be very disappointing and this feature won't be interesting at all.

    You’re aloud to share with family as that’s why it gives you the option for sharing gold with family, how else would you be able to share with them without their account? (Why else would you have make this account your home Xbox)
