    I recently changed my name on xbox and when i tried to change my pfp to a custom one on xbox app it wont work now it worked before in the past and it isnt inappropriate and i tried the website it wont let me upload custom pfps

    It's a server issue. It's happening to everyone. All you can do is wait for it to be fixed.

    If you are trying to change your gamer pic to a custom gamer pic that is why it still wont let you. Some features on Xbox go off of your age on your account not your privacy and online safety settings. Please, let us know what you
