    Why won’t Xbox App let me accept party invites?


    Hi! I generally use Xbox App to talk in parties, but the last several days I haven’t been able to accept party invites. If I click on an invite, instead of accepting it, the app takes me to the person’s profile. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if anyone could help me out. Thanks

    I haven’ updated my device and I’ve been experiencing the above mentioned problem for over a month I tried reporting it but the support number wouldn’t let me arrange a call instead displaying a white unloading screen for the virtual assistance when I wanted to have a phone call so I could give my findings

    Same issue here. Started after recent update to the XBox app. I have an iPhone 14 Pro. Tapping the party invite notification used to join me to the party, now it just takes me to the senders Xbox profile. Any updates? Thanks!

    We understand that you are having trouble in accepting friends online to talk on parties. As per description, you are used to talk with friends on parties using Xbox Apps but recently you got an error rerouting you to person's profile when you click on invite instead of accepting it. Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask some questions about it.

    1. When did the issue started?
    2. What platform are you using?
    3. Would you mind sending a screenshot of the error message, making sure that you conceal any personal information on it?
