Why won't they give me a refund?

Here in Community, we don't seem to have a tool that can check order history or purchase history on your account, and for us to help you further with your concern please contact our accounts and billings department or live support online.

To contact live support, please follow the guide below:

   2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
      
      
   3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
      
   4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
      
   5. Select the "Contact Us" button
      
   6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
      
   7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
      
   8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
      
   9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".

That's a strange policy in that they won't give more than one refund a year? I wonder why?

The terms of getting a refund restrict the amount of time that you can play a game and still be eligible for a refund. If you had played the Story Mode less than 2 hours, and purchased it less than 14 days ago, you might have been eligible.

Next time read the requirements of the content that you purchase.

Hello Mt, If you filled out the refund request form and your request was not approved, unfortunately we here in the community are unable to help you with these issues.

The refund department is a separate offline department, which can only be contacted via the email sent to you in response.

And unfortunately not even Xbox support can help you in this case

Well not exactly like that because in that instance Tesco would give me a refund and in this instance they won't
