    Why won’t the offline system update work?


    So I tried download the files and stuff again and it worked and I plug it into the Xbox one s and I select the offline system update and it immediately just goes to something went wrong with error code E101

    It must've been E102, as there is no E103 error for Xbox consoles.

    Did you try an offline update or an offline reset? they are very similar, so it's easy to get confused.

    I did use the OSU1 update and I was was getting a different error code and they told me to do this update and I do not have any other external hard drives connected
