Why wont the button work

Im on nintendo switch and when i go on minecraft the button to sign in doesnt work it makes the noise and goes green and shows it clicked it but doesnt do anything i am unable to log into my account i tried deleting the save data from my nintendo switch account of minecraft but that didn't do anything

Just a friendly reminder though that in-game issues it is handled by the game support or in your case, the issue can be with the game or the console itself.

No worries, as I will be helping you still. Kindly press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and then turn it back on. After that try re-launching the game to check.

First you need to tell us which Xbox, what exactly you’re trying to do. You can’t just tell us your button doesn’t work because our only answer is going to be that you need to replace your controller to fix your broken B button. If there is a software issue here, we need to know all the details you can give us please.

yes had same problem will not work only the guide button works,buttons when pressed wont respond

wont let me edit, but another complaint i found ridiculous was "why is there no jump button!"
