    Why won't ROBLOX boot up on my Surface Pro 7?


    this has been a issue for me from the past 6 week and i have tried many things to fix it but none of them work is if there is a way to fix this issue can one of you tell me how

    the ways that i have checked are

    - my firewall

    -my ram

    i am not the most abled person with technology so i will need steps if they involve me having to do something technical.

    I hate to tell you, but your Surface Pro 7 can't run this game. Not even the top of the range Pro 7 can run it. The main reason being that the Surface Pro 7 doesn't have a dedicated graphics card. Its graphics (Intel Iris plus) is built into the CPU. The
    Iris plus is only capable of playing quite basic games.

    The system requirements are the same for the steam version, I'm afraid it won't work either.

    Your only real option now is to request a refund. Sorry.
