    why wont my xbox turn on.


    xbox one x wont connect to the tv properly (display). when the xbox connects to the tv the signal on the tv changes from “check signal connection” to “no signal” so the tv recognises that the xbox is connected. this means it is not the hdmi or hdmi port. the diplay will not load. we havw tried resetting the display while the xbox is off but it still wont turn on this has happened to both types of our xbox ones and we have fixed it a few times before but this times it doesnt seem it be doing anything.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If this is happening with multiple Xbox let's try using a different TV or a different HDMI Cable, Ebs. Let me know if there will be an improvement.

    Unfortunately if the controller doesn’t work when connected to your console with a USB cable, your controller needs to be replaced.
