Why won't my Xbox Series X "add new" page open?

Hi Rowan H, my name is Daniel and I would be happy to help.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem, the first thing I would like to recommend is that you try another internet connection. If you don't have one nearby, you could try a mobile access point, that is, sharing the internet from your phone to the console. If none of this works, let's go to the next step:

1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, disconnect the power cord from both devices.
2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off, and then wait 2 minutes before turning it on again.
3. After 5 minutes, Please connect the modem or gateway first and wait for all the lights to return to normal status.
4. If you are using a router, plug it in and wait for all the lights to return to normal.

Try adding your profile again and verify that everything is working correctly. If it doesn't work, a user said in the following post on the Microsoft forum that the solution was to reset the factory console by deleting absolutely everything. I leave you a link in case you want to take a look.

Same here.

I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

Also Tetris connected won't open either.

Microsoft introduces "Smart Delivery" with the Xbox Series X, which means, that if you own an existing game (like Minecraft in your example, or Gears 5) or a new game comes out for Xbox One and Xbox Series X with improved graphics on Series X, you won't
have to buy the game twice.

With Smart Delivery you will play the "enhanced" version on Series X, and the "normal" version on Xbox One.
