    Why won't my Xbox Series S will not download Call of Duty: Modern Warefare 2?


    I have it plugged in directly to ethernet. I am not running it on wifi. I have power cycled it. I have uninstalled and tried to reinstall it. I have reset my xbox. Is there something going on with Activision? Is there something I am doing wrong or something I have not tried?

    Check if the other games have this problem, if not, it could be an update bug. Also make sure all updates are up to date.

    I saw that you did some procedures and it didn't solve try to clear the cache, in some cases it can solve the problem: Press the Xbox button on the controller.
    Go to your profile icon and select “Settings”.
    Select "Devices and Connections", then "Blu-ray".
    Select "Persistent Storage".
    Select "Clear Persistent Storage". (Note) Clearing the cache removes all game updates already downloaded. You will need to download these updates again the next time you play the game.
