    Why won't my xbox reset or show on my TV screen?


    So my xbox does not want to reset what so ever even trying to factory reset it nor does it want to show the loading screen on my TV and I've already switched out the hdmi cord 3 times how do I fix this?

    I am sorry to hear that.

    Press and hold the Pair button (Xbox Series X|S: located on the front next to the USB port) and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    Continue holding the Pair button until you see the Troubleshoot Mode on your TV.

    Select Reset This Xbox > Keep games & apps > Confirm the process.

    I tried this and unfortunately nothing happened. I also tried the methods from the link, but still even though the xbox is on, nothing shows up on the screen still. I think the hdmi port might be damaged as the troubleshooting screen won't even appear, and my TV and monitor don't even register a connection to the hdmi, so I think my only option will be a repair, or buying a new xbox.
