    Why wont my xbox reconnect to my wireless anymore?


    I was playing fine earlier today. I shut down my xbox to go to the gym. When i returned my xbox was no longer connected to my wireless network. The last time this happened it didn't show any wireless networks now it shows them but i cannot connect to it despite me pitting in my password why is this happening everything else is connected and working cell phones computer and the family xbox.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your console.

    If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

    - May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

    - Besides the TV/monitor, do you have any external devices plugged into your console?

    - Could you tell me exactly what happens when you try to connect to a wireless network? do you get any error codes/messages?

    - Additionally, would you mind giving this a try?

    • Go to Settings > General > Power options, select "Shutdown (Energy saving)"
    • Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
    • Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes. If you have the original Xbox One, you'll have to unplug the power supply unit from both the console and the outlet.
    • Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
    • Plug everything back together
    • Turn your console on and check if the issues persist.

    so this happen when headset is connect to wireless adapter only (remove the Bluetooth connection to my phone)

    When headset disconnect with wireless adapter the connection with Bluetooth(phone) connection with the phone still there. I'm able to reconnect with the adapter anymore. My thought was because of Bluetooth but I don't think that it.

    Don't have controller.

    Try unplugging and plugging in your router, this will reset your internet connection and might solve your problem! :)
