why wont my Xbox recognize any networks

I am so sorry you are having issues with your network.

Here are some ideas:

Power Cycle the Xbox One
Turn off your Xbox One by pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the Xbox.
Wait for at least 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Plug the power cord back in and turn on the Xbox.

Check for System Updates
Go to Settings > System > Updates.
Select Update Console if an update is available.

Restart Your Network Hardware

my xbox went to a state where wont recognize the network that was set up, nor any of the accts on the xbox. and gotten zero help to get a phone number to talk to someone about it as everything says calling not available

Ive given up on the drive as it wont recognize its even a 3.0 drive. my main concern is why a soft reset that says it wont delete any games or apps or anything deleted my locally saved captures

Hello, the xbox wont recognize that a screen is plugged in, and that leads to the controller wont connect to the xbox as player one, or any other player. So I cant do the Y + RT thing.

I've tried, but the controller just wont send any signals to the xbox while that screen is hooked up to the xbox.
