    Why won't my xbox one s turn on


    Hi guys, for the past month now my xbox one s refuses to turn on, but it shows the light for a second. I thought the problem was with the air vents so I cleaned them but nothing changed. I saw a video on YouTube of a guy who used a hairdryer to turn it on, so I did and my xbox turned on. Now everytime I want to play it I have to use a hairdryer . I need to know why is my xbox not turning on and find a permanent solution.

    It's funny, I just got off the phone with Microsoft Support. I explained exactly what was happening and they told me I had a damaged console.

    But, based on your comment, I will be trying a new power supply.

    When the power supply LED lights up normally on its own (without connecting it to the console) and when you connect it to the console it turns off or starts blinking, you will need to replace the power supply.
