    Hey Why wont my Xbox One remember my home network? :)

    Ive been having an issue for the past 2 or 3 months where my Xbox One cannot remember my home wifi network, if for instance, my wifi network temporarily crashes of goes down for a few minutes. Every other device in my household will regain the network once it stables again, except my Xbox. I have to restart it each time to get it to remember and reconnect to live. Several times a day sometimes. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

    0x87e00005 occurs while attempting to download and update.

    I have fixed this problem. It was caused by the network exception. I brought my Xbox one back to my office, then everything works well within my office's network. However, I'm still not sure why it happened underneath the network in my home suddenly.

    Are your devices on the same local network when you initially try to set it? And is the console set as your Home Console? I'm not certain if Home Console designation factors in, but I remember not having an issue when they were connected on the
    same local network.
    Yes both are on the same network, don't recall right now if my Xbox is on WiFi or LAN, but Android is on WiFi. Home console is set to this one.
