    can't play borderlands offline

    i've recently downloaded borderlands, however my xbox won't let me play it offline, i'm not sure why this is happening as when i download arcade games those work offline, it's just borderlands that doesn't

    Does anyone know what games on Xbox one that do not require a connection to play offline? I recently bought my Xbox one and it won't let me play offline. I thought that it was fixed to where you only needed to connect once and could play offline as much
    as you wanted.

    From what I understand, you should be able to play any of your games offline as long as you do a few things. First, you have to make sure that the console you're using is set to be your Home console. Then you need to be connected to Xbox Live when you go
    into your settings and choose the offline option.

    It still won't be as restrictive as Xbox One. I will be able to unplug my PS4 from the internet and play offline single player games as long as I want. Can't do that on an Xbox.

    Xbox games pass ultimate games to be connected to be online to be sure it's the correct licence, that is why it won't work in offline :).

    To play digital games, you will need to be connected to Xbox live. If you don't have access to internet I would suggest buying some games on disk.

    Thanks for the idea, but All of my games are on disk, so don't require Xbox live. And still won't play.

    Is this the proper place to be posting my question to get a response or support from the support team? Or should I be looking elsewhere? Thanks for any guidance.

    Xbox one won't play offline

    To play digital games, you will need to be connected to Xbox live. If you don't have access to internet I would suggest buying some games on disk.
