Why won’t my xbox load to add a new account?

I have tried connecting to another network since I don’t have a mobile hotspot out it still doesn’t work? Is there any other way?

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below, Diana:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Hi, so I tried doing exactly everything you told me to do but it still won’t load to the page to create a new account. It still takes me out of that page.

the issue started yesterday and i tried it on another xbox that i brought thinking the other xbox has broke but it does the exact same thing it won’t let me add an account it just loads the grey screen and kicks me off, but my wifi is all good it tell me
