Why won't my Xbox let me download from my android

I'm having a problem with me not being able to use my friends dlc. My friend let me set his home xbox to my xbox so I get his games and dlc, recently he brought the championship pack on advanced warfare and it won't let me use it. The dlc has downloaded
on my xbox but whenever I try to use it, it says I need to download it and when I go to download it, it tells me I've already downloaded it but it still won't let me use it and I have no idea why. Can anyone help?

No iv already tried that but it keeps saying it won't let me log on it from his xbox like my profile will download but it won't sign me in on it

Downloaded the IS, made my character but can't upload the character, nor will my GT link with the SR3 site. Why Volition won't let Xbox users manually link accounts is beyond me

Same thing for me I want to re-download lego marvel superheroes from when I had it on 360. But it won't let me, why Microsoft after all the money you've earned you still don't want us to re- download for free. *Slow clap* this is why I feel like throwing
away my Xbox one.

hi, i'm also from iran and suffer exactly this problem too. BUT surprisingly in my android phone just when I connect to a US proxy it works and connects to "Xbox live" service with android Xbox app, otherwise throw an error!!!

So I try any kind of setting for proxy on my PC and get no answer just error code: 0x8015Dc0B.

I think there is a ban from Microsoft itself, but I don't know why proxying traffic on PC won't work except on android.
