    Why won’t my Xbox do the update


    Hi I’m having trouble with my Xbox doing the update. It powers up and takes me to the update screen but then after a couple minutes it takes me to a trouble shoot screen and says error E102. Please can someone help me

    Also when I do the reset I select the remove everything option and then it takes me back to the update screen.

    Hi thanks for trying to help me I have done the reset but that hasn’t fixed the issue. I don’t have a usb for my Xbox to do the offline update. Is there anything I could do to stop it doing the update.
