    Why won't my Xbox custom gamer picture change?


    I checked and it showed no sign of Xbox servers being buggy and usually my custom picture changes almost instantly but this isn't the problem as to it is know not changing as fast as normal

    And I don't know how to fix it and I want some help

    Is this issue with your custom gamer picture occurring on the Xbox mobile app?

    In addition to that, may I know if using a different custom picture than the one you’re using works?

    Moreover, please note that sometimes gamer picture changes can take up to 72 hours in case they require a manual review.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are getting an error when you try changing your gamer picture. Are you trying to use a custom image? The ability to change your gamer picture to a customer image is currently disabled.

    Hey AwsomeGuy174, You cant upload a custom gamer picture at this moment because it has been temporarily disabled due to reduce server stress. You should be able to change it to the pictures microsoft already has.
